It's fuel injected and you can jump across the solenoid and it will turn over that way but it's not firing and I'm getting power to the solenoid when you turn the key but it won't turn over and I replaced the solenoid along with a programmable ecm that's a plug in play ecm. Took the relay off my daughter's little quad an put it on my son's same situation the little relay clicks only any suggestions what may be wrong or where to start. Cross out the relay terminals with a screw driver and see if the starter runs. If it does, you need a relay.

From there it should hold pressure and the pump should run while cranking to keep pressure to the system. If turned off and back on soon after the pump will not run if the pressure is still there.

If you do then you know your ignition is working. If you do have a spark then pour some gas down the cylander and put back plug and see if it fires. It didn't look like it had been used.
